Someone parks your vehicle for you and brings it back when you are ready to leave. I have seen it at hotels, restaurants, and malls.

  • Shirley Stanley:

The place parks the vehicle for you so you don;t have to walk. Finer restaurants, casinos, and motels offer this service, as well as other places. I”ve seen some doctors offices and hospitals that offer it.

They expect to be tipped too.

Valet parking is used when you”re out and they find a place to park your vehicle so you don”t have to. It”s a paid service for convenience sake.

Malls, Restaurants, Clubs, Resorts and such have that service available to their guest.

When you tip someone to park your vehicle for you then they go and pick it up for you to. My mall has valet parking along with nice hotels, and some restaurants

Valet parking is when you pull up to a fancy restaurant or hotel and you hand your vehicle over to a teenager who”s going to stink up your vehicle with either his cheap cologne or his body odor, move your seat, change your radio station, steal your spare change and your iPod, and dent or scratch your bumper ever so slightly when he parks it for you, and expects a healthy tip for this “service” when he brings it back to you, too!
